Divo TV private limited and its promoters have signed a deal to sell their stakes to Warner Music India Private Limited. This deal involved a primary subscription by Warner Music in consequent to the fact as to how Warner Music will become a majority shareholder of Divo TV.
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan acted as the legal counsel to Divo TV and their promoters by assisting and advising them on the restructuring of the deal, documentation, and negotiations. Divo offers online video, music distribution, publishing, and digital influencer marketing solutions for different brands.
