JSA to advise HDFC Bank Limited on the issue of $750 million 5.686% Senior Notes due in 2026

The HDFC Bank Limited, which is one of the largest private sector banks in India has issued Senior Notes of $750 million due till 2026 under the Medium Term Note Programme of US$ 3 billion for the Bank. In this case, J Sagar Associates assisted and facilitated on behalf of HDFC Bank Limited where the listing of the US$ Notes on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange Limited (IFSC)and NSE IFSE Limited noted on the GIFT City pertaining to India’s International Stock Exchanges.
