Henchman to raise €6,5 million Series A to support tomorrow’s lawyer with AI



The Belgian Legal-Tech company henchman has announced its plans of closing €6,5 million Series A funding round, which will be led by the US-based Adjacent VC and the German Action Capital joined by Conviction VC and several business angels, including the Founder of Belgian success story, Showpad and Collibra. This round of funding follows the heels of Henchmen’s recent GPT-3 integration that will strengthen the focus on innovation to geographically expand.


Henchman works on solving global problem for lawyers and legal professionals with their softwares by giving intelligent access to legal teams which have previously written various clauses and definitions. Their founders Iorn Vanysacker, Gilles Mattelin and Wouter Van Respaille who started to work on their legal solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Henchman has registered a remarkable trajectory following its launch in June 2021 experiencing rapid adoption and growth of over the past years.
