Margeno Asia Healthcare, a multi-specialty hospital platform backed by Samara Capital, Havells Family Investment Office, and Godrej Family Investment Office has acquired W Pratiksha Hospital of Gurugram. In this acquisition deal, Burgeon Law was advising W Pratiksha Hospital.
The team for the transaction consisted of Roma Priya as the founder, Abhisshek Singlla as the Associate partner, Pranav Rao as an Associate, Soumya Tantia, and Mishthi Seth as the associate. This acquisition was undertaken to help Marengo to scale around 800 hospital beds in the Delhi NCR region, with the aim to offer the best medical facilities and treatment to patients in that region.
